Can I Send In my Brighton Handbag for Cleaning?

Yes—Brighton offers free cleaning and conditioning services for registered handbags, with a few exceptions.

We do not clean straw or fabric handbags, but most other registered leather styles are eligible.

Email our Consumer Care Team at consumercare@brighton.com with:

• Name of item or product number

• Description of what needs cleaning

• Clear photos of the handbag

• Registration number (found on the patch inside the bag)

Once your request is approved, we'll send you instructions for mailing us your handbag for cleaning.
