- Tier status is based on what you spend during a calendar year, and your perks refresh each January.
- Birthday gifts are valid during your birthday month only. (Email opt-in and birthdate required!)
- Annual and semi-annual gifts are limited-time offers—check your email or account for redemption dates.
- Shipping perks and warranty coverage apply as long as your current tier is active.
