What’s covered:
- Faulty clasps or closures
- Broken chains or straps due to poor workmanship
- Loose or uneven stitching
- Structural flaws caused during production
What’s not covered:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage (drops, spills, breaks)
- Misuse or improper care
- Lost items
