How to Request a Repair:
Email consumercare@brighton.com with:
- Product name or number
- Description and clear photos of damage
- Date and place of purchase
- Proof of purchase (if available)
Once your request is approved by our Consumer Care team, send your item to:

✅ Use a padded envelope or box
✅ Include your contact info and a short note describing the issue
Eyewear Repairs:
Eyewear is covered under a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects.
Repairs beyond warranty may include a small fee.
Not valid for prescription lenses. We will send replacement parts for you to take to your optician for repair.
Handbag Repairs:
Handbags are covered for 2 years from purchase for manufacturing defects
Outside warranty? We'll evaluate the item and share a quote before starting the repair
Other Accessory Repairs:
All jewelry and small accessories are covered under a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects.
Repairs beyond warranty may include a small fee.
Some items may not be repairable—if the piece is still under warranty, please submit a claim to our Consumer Care team so we can assist you.
