How to Request a Repair:
Email consumercare@brighton.com with:
- Product name or number
- Description and clear photos of damage
- Date and place of purchase
- Proof of purchase (if available)
Once your request is approved by our Consumer Care team, send your item to:

Jewelry Repairs
Jewelry is covered under a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects.
If your jewelry is damaged but not covered under warranty, we’re still happy to help when we can. First, contact our Customer Care team at 800-628-7687.
Our team will review the issue and let you know if a repair is possible. We’ll also tell you if any repair fees may apply.
Good to Know:
- Not all damage can be repaired, but we’ll do our best to help.
- If approved, you'll be given instructions on how to safely send in your item.
Eyewear Repairs
Eyewear is covered under a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects.
Repairs beyond warranty may include a small fee for replacement parts:
- Lenses – $12.00 per pair
- Temples (arms) – $16.00 per pair
- Nose Pieces, Ornaments, Screws – Complimentary
- Shipping & Handling – $7.00
Note: We cannot repair eyewear with prescription lenses. We will send replacement parts for you to take to your optician for repair.
Watch Repairs
Watches are covered under a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects.
Repairs beyond warranty may include a small fee for replacement parts:
- Leather Bands – $13.00
- Crystals – $12.00
- Batteries – $3.00
- iPhone Watch Band Extenders – $6.00
- Shipping & Handling – $7.00
Handbag Repairs
Handbags are covered under a 2-year warranty for manufacturing defects
If your bag is outside the 2-year warranty or the issue is not a manufacturing defect, we’ll evaluate it and contact you with the repair cost before proceeding
Other Accessory Repairs
All jewelry and small accessories are covered under a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects.
Repairs beyond warranty may include a small fee.
Some items may not be repairable—if the piece is still under warranty, please submit a claim to our Consumer Care team so we can assist you.
