We stand by the quality of our products and offer a one-year warranty on Brighton eyewear for damage due to manufacturing defects.
If your eyewear qualifies under warranty, we’ll repair or replace it at no charge.
Note: We cannot repair eyewear fitted with prescription lenses, but we’re happy to provide replacement parts for your local optician.
For items outside the warranty period, we’ll do our best to repair them and notify you of any minimal charges.
How to Request Warranty Service
Email Consumer Care at consumercare@brighton.com with:

Await approval from our Consumer Affairs team.
Once approved, package your item using a padded envelope or box and send via a traceable shipping method (UPS, FedEx, or USPS with delivery confirmation). Include a printed note with:
