Returning your Brighton order is easy—whether you shopped online or in-store, you have 60 days to return unworn, unused merchandise.
Online Order Returns
You can return your online purchase in two ways:
1. By Mail
- Go to our [Online Return Portal]
- Enter your order number and email or ZIP code
- Follow the steps to generate your return label
Note: In-store purchases cannot be returned by mail.
2. In-Store
- Bring your packing slip and visit any Brighton Collectibles store.
Important:
If you paid with Klarna, PayPal, ShopPay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, your refund will be issued as Brighton Store Credit for in-store returns.
To receive a refund back to your original payment method, use the online return portal.
Gift Card Refunds
If you paid with a gift card:
- Your refund will first be credited back to the gift card
- Any remaining balance will be returned to your credit card
In-Store Purchases
To return items bought in-store:
- Visit any Brighton store within 60 days of purchase
- Be sure to bring your receipt
- Items must be unworn and unused
