Yes—Brighton offers free cleaning and conditioning services for registered handbags, with a few exceptions.
We do not clean straw or fabric handbags, but most other registered leather styles are eligible.
How to Request a Handbag Cleaning
Email Consumer Care at consumercare@brighton.com with:
Name of item or product number
Description of what needs cleaning
Clear photos of the handbag
Registration number (found on the patch inside the bag)
Await approval from our Consumer Affairs team.
Once approved, package your handbag in a padded envelope or box and ship using a traceable method (UPS, FedEx, or USPS with delivery confirmation). Include a printed note with:
Your full name
Shipping and/or mailing address
Phone number and/or email
Description of the issue
Purchase date and location (or receipt copy)
